Wow. I have no idea how these peoplw justify that kind of thingI might as well come clean - I'm half Jewish, and the Jew is strong. Believe me, it will take a lot to make me pay that much for a pillow.
But when it comes to where you spend half your life, you should invest. Spend a lot but get your money's worth. Couple of hundred for a shithot mattress = good purchase. More than a tenner for a t-shirt, you're being ripped off...
