My mum is an amazing cook.Possibly something to do with the Italian heritage.
She once made a full Greek meal (Greek salad, tzatziki, briam, saganaki, the works) that was so good, I very nearly cried.
Granted, I was ill and had had an awful day at work, but she was so chuffed, bless her.
