Staying physically active makes a huge difference
and take showers, go out for a walk at sunrise, keep the music upbeat etc.

I do this occasionally when I want to reset my body clock, and it works wonders. Just make sure you stay awake until close to your normal bedtime the following day, and try to get yourself up to an hour's extra sleep a night for a week or two, and you'll be slinky.
