It kinda looks like he was trying to end the standoff earlyfinish the guy's validation, scare him by making him realise what a big splat he might make, and just generally end it cleanly on a big inflatable thing.
Fucking funny either way. Apparently, traffic'd been queued for 6 hours before the dude snapped...
