The best way to deal with those sort of problems isn't to get angry, I guessor at least SHOW that you're angry. My dad is well-practiced in complaining (well, you know, the right sort- when things genuninely aren't working, not just OMGTHISISNOTRIGHT, and I'd say you could legitimately complain to that person!)
That old cliché, "don't get mad, get even".
