at a party I was at last night and I didn't stab her, not even a little bit.

Many SA voices are quite nasal, as are brummie accents so if you simply add a sharpness to the end of the nasality (i.e., instead of saying "hello" in a brummie accent (nicely chilled out accent) say "hello" in a deeper voiced more authoritative like-you-mean-it kind of way).
I might be crazy, however.
