Ummm...sorry about that post!I was literally in tears when I posted it, it hurt soooooo badly!
I swear, they tell you to do one thing, it has the opposite effect and it's like "Fuck!" But if you don't eat what they tell you to eat it's even worse! It's a no win situation with botty problems!
