My father lives in WilliamsburgI went into a (the?) pub there and a very drunk chap pulled out his smokes and went to light one - on autopilot, I very nearly grabbed it out of his hand with a 'Mate! You can't do that inside any more!' until I realised that, yes, you blatantly could.
