Managed to lever the metal cap off. (And yes, I did search the obvious places in my department for a proper bottle opener first)

I'm giving a talk
to a small group at the Royal Met Soc conference tomorrow.

Spent most of Sunday trying to get a graph to come out the way we were hoping and it just doesn't want to. So I've got to just re-hash a few of my slides to show some of the slightly more "raw" data with the caveat that there's a lot of further calibration to be done.

Managed to finish the slides without beer. Gave talk today and I think it went alright, so am a little more relaxed than yesterday.
