nah, just a cheapo round kettle type, with a lid and ting.patience is a virtue.
keep the chicken juices contained, so they don't extinguish the fireyness is all. and keep the lid on. and occasional extra fuel.
and be an awesome chef, like what i am!!! (14 years in the trade before i saw the light and fucked it off)
