I'm sure I read a story in the newspaper about some guy being acquitted over charges of obscenity after the management of Girls Aloud took him to court for publishing an "erotic fetish story involving the kidnap, rape and murder of the band," on some website which liked to share that sort of thing*.

Ironically, the defense used the fact that it was very hard to find on google or whatnot. After all the attention, guess what? No. 1 hit on google.
