I'd say that his writing has matured so muchprobably most noticable in Night Watch.
the books are almost all utterly fantastic.
I seem to prefer the latest stuff, having not gone back and reread a bunch of the others for a while. I might set myself the task of rereading every Discworld book and see how I enjoy the progression.
I've misplaced my copy of Soul Music though, and that disturbs me.
