Have another job lined upThen tell them you don't think you're being paid enough. If you really aren't they'll give you a raise. If you are and they don't give you anything, quit. Their loss.
If you can't get another job then ask but you have a poor bargaining position.
Failing that there's the Ed Norton where you beat yourself up in your managers office. Or the Kevin Spacey where you threaten your boss with sexual harrassment allegations if he doesn't concede to your demands.
