I've been a prison guard in a max security prisonFederal is a walk in the park compared to State. Especially for the officers as there are 2 guards per inmate in fedral but more along the lines of 1 guard per 1000 inmates in most state prisons*
Still, Canadian prisons appear to be some of the cushiest I've ever researched. That is where he should have hacked.
*those were the stats 7 years ago when I left. The stats in texas are now much worse
