I'm in the very place right now....Give me his address and I'll pop round with a packet of felt tips. It's known as '419' scam after the piece of Nigerian legislation designed to deal with these fraudsters.....There's a few active groups of that like to bait the scammers who aren't always that sophisticated or smart to be honest!
