It wouldn't show in your newsfeed that you'd stopped being a fan of it if you choose to anyway.I recently became a fan of the stalker page as I think it's hilarious. It's trying to make you feel guilty or stalkerish about looking at pages of people you already know and have added as friends for that purpose. No way am I getting rid of it.
