My old housemate is coming over for dinner and a smoke this eveningShe's recently had major surgery and she's had to give up alcohol. Imagine that? So I'm making a big chicken curry, maybe a jalfrezi.
Tomorrow I'm announcing the charity launch, pimping the web site to friends and family and working on posters and flyers to put in the hospital and doctor's surgeries.
Sunday I'll be walking about eleven miles, so long as the weather holds.
