I hate waiting for stuff
my house is being valued on friday morning. My financial security for the next couple of years at least is dependant on the opinion of a surveyor.

I'm nervous. Should be fine, but I'll not be happy if it isn't.

I live somewhere people want to live though, so I'm fairly sure that's not going to happen.

40% would take my largish 3 bed house down to the price of a 1 bed flat.

still, wanting to see the look on someone's face as they are completely financially crippled is a lovely thing.

yeah, but it needs to be worth a certain amount of fake money in the eyes of the mortgage company
for me to be able to get a fixed rate mortgage. not the end of the world if I don't, but as rates are bound to rise soon I'd rather get a fixed one
