MDMAis the daddy. it doesn't matter what else you have taken that day/night, as soon as you introduce the 'madman' to the table it takes over. A bit like ben Kingsley in Sexy Beast, it kicks the other drugs in the balls and tell them to get the fuck out.
I definitely know when i have had enough of it though, looking for rizlas, in the same pocket, for half an hour tends to lead to blabbering confusion.
