For me it's usually people falling over, freudian slips and the word lollygagging. Right now it's the thread below and the usage of the word 'fluffers'.

Definitely people falling, the more unexpected the better. Sometimes laughter gives way to concern, but only sometimes.

People vomiting always makes me piss myself. As long as I don't have to clean it up.

People being stupid petty cunts, particularly in office situations. Self absorbed pissflickers.
