Are you using built in graphics or a graphics card?If onboard then go to the website of your motherboard manufacturer and download the graphics driver for your board (it will be written in the board what make and model it is) If a graphics card do the same but get the make and model of the graphics card.
Just open the case and take a look its simple I promise!
*edit* if your on a laptop do the same just go to the website of your laptop manufacturer. If they don't have a website then put your head in your hands and cry uncontrolably
