I too wona Star Wars competition. When episode 1 of Star Wars came out, WHSmith were running a Star Wars themed fancy dress competition. I was 13-ish, I think, and it was in the summer holidays. I went as Darth Maul, and got through to the national finals - although this is probably because I was the only person sad enough to enter in my area. I got a t-shirt (which I still have somewhere, because it came down to my 13yr old knees), a book on the various technology in the films, and how it was CGI'd, and a nice £25 Smiths voucher. Sadly I have no pics, or I would proudly post them.
Best thing my brother has ever won is a rather nice Hyundai Coupe. Cunt.
