it is a lot of effortbut it is worthwhile if you stick at it. I can recommend starting when you are about 12 or 13.
Important point though: I have never found that being able to play the guitar has increased my ability to pull.

DJing is the way forward for that one, I can tell youThe (really fucking simple) ability to get from one record by someone else to another creates an incredible fanny-magnetic field for some reason.
