Istanbulwas lovely when I went in June. I understand it gets a bit chilleh though in winter. Assuming I can afford it (or not afford it, but it won't bankrupt me) I'm considering Morocco for next February.

I was in Istanbul in JulyWall-to-wall foreign types trying to sell you stuff.
When they're not trying to sell you stuff, they can be very pleasant though.
And it's fairly cheap.
