I can't get away with it.I think I'll send a really brief polite response tomorrow, but not say 'and how are you?' because that will prompt another text. Bloody Norah. I do think about these things too much. The awful thing is, I think I made it happen by wishing for it NOT to happen earlier on! Spooky eh.

nah, not spooky. you're just mental. join the club.seriously, do yourself a favour and learn to just ignore folk who bring you down. nothing malicious or nuffink, just learn to filter them out.
you'll save a lot of energy...
