Woooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My offer was conditionally accepted tonight for the condo I'm looking at (different one to the one I posted before). It's a 1 bed, 1 bathroom, 1,000sqft place with a massive fuck off patio.
As long as I agree to pay closing costs (done!), they'll accept the asking price - I offered $5K more.
I AM A POTENTIAL HOME OWNER! Loving it! :)
