A few days ago I sent an e-mail to their tech-supportwho then forwarded it to their customer relations where a lovely lady called Paige said they'd look into it. I shall now proclaim myself responsible for this whole thing being solved, even though there were doubtless many others who've done the same thing, nonetheless, *smug*
