FUCK!Didn't know Floyd was dead. I love watching his old clips on my favourite Saturday viewing (after MOTD) - Saturday Kitchen.
My favourite T.V. chef is Rick Stein. Fruits of the Sea series was fantastic and he always has a lot of passion for the smaller restaurants. In fact, I love it when he goes abroad down the lesser worn path finding proper local/traditional chefs.
