I'm lying supine in bed eating three day old leek and potato soup with Futurama playing in the background. I'm at work tomorrow for the sixth consecutive day, for the second week running. My life rocks.

I'm trying to work out what to do next with my life but actually liking my life the way it is, strangely.

And you're right, it is the best soup in the world. I always make a big batch so I can live on it for a few days. And it's never just leek n potato, usually celery, onion, sweet potato and sometimes carrots appear in it. Oh and always sage and rosemary out of the garden. Mmmm :)

Maybe I'll chuck some home-grown green tomatoes in there tomorrow, and a chili or two. Yeah baby!

I'm alright. A bit confused if the truth be told. However, I'm walking/finding a pub garden with her mum's boyfriend tomorrow, which should clarify the situation somewhat. He's such a star, poor bloke getting involved in all this shit. Keep your fingers crossed eh?

or here in England? Obviously the answer was no to the first question (phone just rang!) (but I'm back now), and it's maybe to the second... but I'm still considering a move to Ireland.

I will indeed keep my fingers crossed, I know how much you love that kid, and how much she'd get out of living with you. (Damn good food for a start!)
