I don't botherwith excuses. Why should anyone, for that matter? All of my relationships it's pretty much been: 'well I'm going to go and have a joint now. You're welcome to come with, but even if you disapprove I'm going to do it anyway'. Given an eighth lasts me about six months and I'm well aware of the risks, I don't really feel I have much to make excuses or apologise for.
