And it seems to go down OK.

I've broken cover on here before so I'll do it again - I've got quite a senior management job.

I work on the premise that you do as you would be done by, and on that premise please don't close ranks on the new top brass.

As I've said, a good manager will learn from you and maybe gently showing her that what works in a city centre doesn't always work in rural North Lancashire/South Cumbria might win everyone round to a happier perspective.
