That is pretty shockingYou obviously feel very strongly about it- and no wonder given that it's affected your family directly. Why don't you try writing to the Police/Council/your MP/relevant charities that might be interested. If you get nowhere with that try the local press- I'm sure that will light a fire under somebody's arse.
