holsten pils is a generic german lager originally from hamburg germanland 5% alc/vol.
k cider is a "refreshingly different" cider from shepton mallet in somerset, englandshire 8.4% alc/vol.

a snakebite is equal volumes of bitter beer and cider with a shot of dark rum in it (hence the bite). most folks think it's cider and lager and know nothing about the rum. i have no beer so it'll need to be a fakey-snakey.
