I've been having an email conversation with a friend about my halloween party at the weekend
she was asking about apple bobbing and other such halloween staples, and I said I wasn't sure how many of the party-goers would be party game type people and that the extent of gaming would be determined on the night.

she replied "I'm confused...what else are people going to do? drink and chat I spose...."

I think one of my good friends has forgotten how to party...

I'm ignoring this post
until you put something about cocks in it.

Or ask an inane, life-changing decision, or request IT advice

Or talk more about me.

I'd fuck a pig if it stayed still long enough

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:28, Reply)
I got an email once.

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:22, Reply)
who was it from?

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:23, Reply)
MSN welcoming me to hotmail.

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:24, Reply)
lucky!

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:29, Reply)
Surely
if all your friends are gonna go to the bother of dressing up, partaking in ducking for apples and similar 'wacky' games will be a given.
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:24, Reply)
most of my friends aren't party game people. I know my audience.
they like their fun to be more freeform.

anything to do with the words "wacky" and "zany" are not allowed in my house.
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:29, Reply)
but surely
the whole premise of being an adult and getting dressed up, is in itself, wacky and zany.

If i HAD to, which I won't, I would put a polo shirt on from my old job, and go as a 'Travel Agent'. Add a bit of fake blood, and i could be a Zombie Travel Agent.
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:38, Reply)
it's not
it's post-modern and ironic.

I don't think that at all. It's just a bit of a laugh innit. Something a bit different.
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:42, Reply)
tell that bitch you're gonna play some mofo card games, dawg

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:27, Reply)
or beer pong,
you merkins love that shizzle.
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:28, Reply)
beer pong is a good game
or we could play the lime game...
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:29, Reply)
I have no idea what the lime game is.

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:31, Reply)
it involves drinking
and hitting yourself in the forehead with a lime.

the person on whom the lime explodes is the loser. or something
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:35, Reply)
okay, although it seems quite lame, it made me laugh

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:37, Reply)
you can hit yourself surprisingly hard with a lime
before it explodes
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:41, Reply)
I don't think it'll explode though, will it?
I imagine it'll just get squished
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:54, Reply)
depends how hard you are hitting yourself with it

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:59, Reply)
beer pong is so fucking shit
I hate it
I lose every god damned time.

Flip cup is where it's at.

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:51, Reply)

pretty sure I know that one.

it's not as good as Shithead though. that is the King of all games.
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:58, Reply)
That's exactly the kind of thing
Strange Kristine would say
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:28, Reply)
What are you dressing up as
Or have I asked you this already!?
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 14:56, Reply)
a demon, or at least someone in the process of turning into one
don't think you have asked. I've some latex horns that look like spirals of bone to glue to my head and have strange patterns down my face from them, and down my arms.

then just dressing in black stuff
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 15:00, Reply)

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 15:09, Reply)
I did wonder how that hat fit in with the bee costume...
I liked your withnail and I quote on the other thread. assuming it was one. if not, then I didn't.

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 15:11, Reply)
will you be squirting
your 'demon seed' before you take the costume off..i assume the whole party thing is just a facade for some deviance :)

I have a musketeer costume from a new years eve event a few years ago, and I sought out the biggest hat I could find to top off my costume and those of my comrades. they were awesome.

Coooooool!
Next time I go to a fancy dress party I'm going to go as a goth or a pirate, I have decided! :D

(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 15:29, Reply)
Can I borrow it please?
I'd bring it back!!
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 15:33, Reply)
if you want to come and get it
it'd probably be cheaper to buy your own, it was about £30 if memory serves.
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 15:34, Reply)
Thats not bad
Maybe I'll buy one, it'd cost me £30 in train fare anyways!
(, Wed 28 Oct 2009, 15:46, Reply)
indeed it would
I have no idea where it came from as it was a present and was many years ago
