I've re-discovered something... WONDERFUL.
Many years ago when I was young and happily married and living apart from my family, I would travel home from Virginia to New York every two weeks to be with my wife and (new) family for a weekend.

It was a long drive, done during the depths of the night after work. During that time I relied on the radio to carry me through the night. And one of the things that I would sometimes pick up during the drive was old radio dramas, featuring Vincent Price or other notables.

Driving a lonely dark road in the wee hours, these dramas struck a deep chord with me. I was transported by these dramas, and fell in love with the art form of purely audio recordings. I feel that this was a fantastic art form, in need of being preserved, if not added to.

Therefore I recommend: Piratetv Theater.

If you listen to the file, once it finishes downloading you can save it as a .mp3 file so you can re-listen to it later.

Fantastic stuff...

Mmmm, yup
I have Old Time Radio on podcast. The Creaking Door! The Price Of Fear! Horror stories! Lots of Vincent Price and Bela Lugosi.

This sounds similar. I'll be subscribing!
