Been there, done thatin a slightly different way...
My large extended family loved the former Mr Quar - he was a teacher, and could read an' everything.
When I kicked him out they sympathised with him and had him round for tea etc. I couldn't go anywhere without his ugly mug cropping up.
Eventually he showed his true colours and was jailed for kiddy-fiddling. Did I piss my vindicated pants laughing? I did indeed.
