He's a good boss, it was all jargon based confusion.Someone high up and external asked someone to find out the "cost of call" they rang me and asked me for "call cost" I gave them the correct "call cost" figure and they reported it as "cost of call".
I've no idea how a mistake like that could have happened.
edit: "Call cost is 4 times bigger than cost of call"
