5-HTPIs completely legal and available from Holland and Barrett. The idea is to 'pre-load' in the time leading up to you weekend on drugs, it makes generates more seratonin, but doesn't release very much until you start popping pills etc, then it floods out.

5-HTP is best ifyou have taken speed or base over the weekend. The only downside is it is addictive if over used.
