I've used both the Pill (20 years, on and off) and later Depoand found the Depo to be an ideal contraceptive, for me anyway.* Absolutely loved it.
In fact, it's so good that I forget to go back for it and it lapses, and I have all sorts of mither getting it prescribed again.
*Just a little prick in my bum, fnaarr!
