I went down with swine 'flu about six weeks agoit wasn't as bad as 'proper 'flu' that I had a about seven years ago when I thought I was going to die and hallucinated with a high fever.
Swine 'flu was just a nasty cough, aching and generally feeling like crap.
Six weeks ago.
I've seen the doctor twice, I can work one day and have to spend the next in bed. Haven't been to the gym in six weeks. Have had hardly any alcohol in six weeks. Still ache. Still have a cough. Still ill.
The doctor's answer?
Rest.
