how long it is?
my mum had a 36 page application and it took her...well...not very long...and my mum is silly and simple...doesn't even use the internet!

I've done nearly all of it, it's the carefully worded questions that are bugging me.
It's got to be in by midnight tonight, by which time I will either have gone "fuck it, submit" or thought of a million irrelevant things.

"I work in the department, know all our systems backwards, all this is to me is less minding the envelopes and more complaints handling, now give me the bloody job or I'll scream!"
