as far as sweet things go, apple and honey flapjack is tasty, sweet, has fruit in it so you can pretend its healthy. It's a piece of piss to make and should offend none of the above. Oats do have gluten but its not much, so it depends how sensitive the kid is.
I have a recipe for brownies which can be GF'd as well but nutritious they most definitely are not...
Otherwise - since it's a breakfast - fruit pancakes? Eg, banana or blueberry pancakes with a nice dollop of cream or natural yoghurt, or whatever-free alternative. Gaz me if you need recipes :)
