Police shoot yet another person armed with an airgunThe guy was holding a CO2 pistol. In the reviews for the 'weapon' it even says that an accidental shot 'won't break the skin'.
The claimed power output is 2.31 ft lb - or just over 1/3 of the legal limit for air pistols in this country. Or, to put it another way, 1/17th (approx)of the energy in a cricket ball at 60 mph.
Just about the only way to kill someone with the CO2 pistol is to beat them to death with it.
Just saying.
