I am in the exact same boatConsidering I casually watch a few films, few games of football and a little bit of Nerd-box 360, I don't see the need for a top of the range 42incher...
So I'm tempted for a cheap upgrade, some dirt cheap HD-ready type 32ish inch. Not particularly fussed but I am a bit embarassed sometimes when people/ladies* come round and see this 21" Amstrad monstrosity bought in the early 90's.
It's a reliable fucker though, dropped it, spilled drink on it, it's been to Edinburgh and back.. Marvellous!
