Just failed mine on front discs and padsThey wanted £225 to sort. I bought the discs and pads for £45 and did it myself in a hour.
To rub salt in, there was nothing wrong with the ones I took off.

outrageousmine actually needed new rear pads, but it was getting serviced by a mate and he sorted that before the MOT.
and he is cheap!
