Anything and everythingcan be classed as a 'non-issue'. Your mum having cancer, global warming, war casualties and child mortality in the third world are all 'non-issues' as far as I am concerned. My bus running 6 minutes late, no 20p beef Space Raiders in the shop next door, someone stealing my pen are all 'issues' as far as I am concerned.
Point of observation, it's brilliant.
