Flesh for Frankensteinand Blood for Dracula, the Paul Morrisey films promoted by Andy Warhol. Very low budget yet strangely compelling, much like Trash, another brilliant effort with some truly life affirming performances.
Driller Killer as well. Unfortunately lumped in with the video nasty crowd, because of 'that' cover. Brilliantly observed descent into madness with the filth and squalor of downtown 70's New York, an underrated classic. Oh, and the directors commentary on the DVD is quite possibly even better than the film itself.
