As a rabid violent mentalistI'd feel much as these guys did if some DNA wastes were threatening my family. However, braining the scumbag whilst said scumbag is in your house and committing the crime = OK (if you have a good lawyer) but braining the scumbag whilst said scumbag is outside your house and running away = crime.
I wish it weren't so but it is.
