A tad overweight: -1
Doing something about being a tad overweight: +0.5
Good musician: +1
Intelligent: +1
Lacking common sense: -1
A bit lazy: -1
Crap social skills: -1
Good job: +1
Not giving a fuck about lots of things: ±1 (depending on whether you think this is good or not)
Not a looker: -1
So that's 2 ±1 and counting.
