Really?Thats what you merkins call rain? Seriously, we get that here hourly. the infrastructure doesnt just fall apart, kids dont stop going to school and businesses stay open. It has to be like 7 or 8 metres before us brits look at the umbrella stand and wonder whether we should put jumpers on.
Sorry, just wanted some "seriously? Call that snow? revenge.
